Admin Appointment screen display only accepted bookings

Rob a little problem, in Admin reservations view, I would like to view only the Accepted reservations, I don't want to view the canceled ones. Can you help me

Select 'Accepted' in the filter dropdown...

?? Maybe a template issue. The Advanced Admin screen has narrow columns as there is a lot of information there. Your template seems to force them wide, perhaps the other dropdown lists are off screen to the right.

Try setting to the default Joomla template, Protostar, to see if they display correctly.
