Script error 'Joomla not defined'

Two things to check:

1. Id for form not defined
2. Force MooTools load

If you are encountering forms that do not respond to buttons, check the view and set the id for the form. Some recent change to Joomla now requires an id, not just a name. Current ABPro has ids for all forms but older versions may have only name.
Example:
<form name="frmRequest" action="<?php echo JRoute::_($this->request_url) ?>" method="post">
Needs to be:
<form name="frmRequest" id="frmRequest" action="<?php echo JRoute::_($this->request_url) ?>" method="post">

Joomla recently stopped loading MooTools.
